1/4 | pt | Cream |
1/4 | pt | Milk |
1 | Egg | |
2 | tb | Parmesan |
1 | tb | Cornflour dissolved in |
1 | tb | Cold water to thicken |
Black olives | ||
Smoked or honey roast ham | ||
Mushrooms | ||
Lots of nutmeg | ||
Black pepper | ||
Parsley |
Fry smoked ham, mushrooms. Beat egg, milk, cheese, pepper, nutmeg and parsley together. Boil the beaten mix, and add the dissolved (corn)flour until the sauce thickens. Pour over ham and mushrooms. Add chopped olives. Serve with any pasta.
