Title: Turkey & Pasta Salad

6 | oz | Radiatori or rotelli pasta |
1 | md | Apple, cored and cut into very thin slices |
1 | tb | Lemon or lime juice |
1/2 | lb | Smoked turkey breast, cut into bite-size pieces |
1 | c | Fresh strawberries, quartered |
1/2 | c | Slice celery |
1/4 | c | Fat-free plain yogurt |
2 | tb | Fat-free salad dressing |
2 | tb | Skim milk |
4 | ts | Dijon mustard |
1/2 | ts | Celery seed |
1 | tb | Fresh marjoram leaves |
Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain well. Toss apple slices with lime or lemon juice to coat. In a large mixing bowl combine the cooked pasta with apple, turkey, strawberries, and celery.
For dressing, in a small bowl combine yogurt, salad dressing, milk, mustar, and celery seed. Drizzle dressing over pasta mixture. Toss gently to coat. Top with marjoram.
