Title: Grilled Lake Trout with Cajun Seasoning

1 | ts | Paprika |
1/2 | ts | Garlic powder |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Black pepper |
1/2 | ts | Dried thyme |
1/4 | ts | Dried oregano |
1/8 | ts | Ground red pepper or more |
1 1/2 | lb | Lake trout fillet |
Combine the first 7 ingredients. Sprinkle the mixture over both sides of the fillet. Let rest 10 min. Cut fillet into 4 portions and grill 4-5 min per side until done.
