Title: Grilled Lake Trout with Jalapeno-Honey Glaze

2 | lb | Lake trout fillet |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
2 | ts | Jalapeno pepper; chopped |
1/4 | c | Honey |
Cut the trout into 6 portions. Season the fish with salt and pepper. Take the chopped jalapeno and grind it into a paste in a mortar and prestle. Scrape the paste into the honey and set aside.
Grill the fish for 4-5 min. per side. During the last 2 minutes of cooking, brush the upper side with the jalapeo-honey glaze.
