Title: Grilled Rosemary Lake Trout

Yield: 4 Servings

4 Lake trout steaks
1tsRosemary; minced
1tsLemon rind; grated
1/4tsCoarse cracked black pepper
1clGarlic; minced
  Lemon wedges; fresh

Combine the minced rosemary, lemon rind, pepper and garlic; press into each fish steak. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Grill 4-5 min per side.

Garnish with lemon wedges,
