4 | Lake trout steaks | |
1 | ts | Rosemary; minced |
1 | ts | Lemon rind; grated |
1/4 | ts | Coarse cracked black pepper |
1 | cl | Garlic; minced |
Lemon wedges; fresh |
Combine the minced rosemary, lemon rind, pepper and garlic; press into each fish steak. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Grill 4-5 min per side.
