1/4 | lb | Hot smoked lake trout |
3 | oz | Cream cheese; softened |
2 | tb | Mayonnaise |
1 | tb | Chives; finely chopped |
1 | tb | Green pepper; finely chopped |
1 | tb | Pimento; finely chopped |

Mix the ingredients and spread on the crepes. cut crepes into quarters and roll up. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
