1 | lb | Hot smoked lake trout |
1 | c | Milk |
1/4 | c | Shortening; melted |
1 | | Egg; beaten |
1 | tb | Sugar |
3/4 | c | Flour; sifted |
1 1/4 | c | Corn meal |
4 | ts | Baking powder |
Flake fish. Sift together corn meal, flour, baking powder and sugar.
Combine egg, milk and shortening. Add liquids to the solids and mix just
enough to moisten. Stir in fish. Place in a well greased 8"x8" baking dish
