| 2 | | Rainbow trout 8 0z each |
| 1/4 | c | Dehydrated onion flakes |
| 2 | tb | Hot water |
| 2 | tb | Dry white wine |
| 2 | tb | Melted butter |
| 6 | | Mushrooms sliced |
| 2 | tb | Silvered almonds |
| 2 | tb | Chopped parsley |
| | | Salt and pepper to taste |
rinse trout and pat dry. Arrange in oval microwave bak dish. Combine
oninon and water in small bowl & set aside. Sprinkle cavity and surface of
trout with wine. Poue 1 tbsp butter insie cavity andd mushrooms, almonds
and parsley to onion mix blend well. spread remaining butter on top of
trout. Divide half of onion mix and place it inside cavity of trout. and
sprinkle other half on top of trout. Season with salt and pepper. Cokk
(micro high) 4-5 mins or until trout is done Serve immediately From: Carol
