Title: Red Onion Chile Relish with Lime & Basil

3 Red onion -- thinly sliced

1tbSugar
1/2cLime juice
3tbFresh basil -- chopped
  Salt and pepper

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Will keep, covered & refrigerated for about 4 days.
