1/4 | c | Firmly packed light brown |

1/2 | c | Red wine vinegar |
1/2 | ts | Ground cloves |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
2 | cl | Garlic -- minced |

Recipe by: Cooking Light, Jul/Aug 1993, p. 88 Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan, and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes or until the mixture is thickened, stirring frequently. Cover and chill.
