Title: Parmesan Buttered Squash

6cCubed or sliced summer or zucchini squash
1/4cWater
2tbButter or margarine
1/2tsSalt
 dsPepper
1tbGrated Parmesan cheese

In a medium saucepan, cook squash, covered, in water for 7 to 10 minutes, just until tender. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients. Toss lightly to mix well.
