Also have a great recipe for galumpkies (never ~could~ spell that!). I grew up near Schenectady, where there are lots of Italians and Polish. For really filling, rich cabbage rolls (I refuse to spell it wrong twice in one post :), use spaghetti sauce with pizza sauce (in place of tomato soup), then add sauerkraut to that and simmer for an hour before pouring over the cabbage rolls. Then bake as usual. They are ~very~ filling.
