Title: Apple Peach Apricot Chutney

5 | md | Green apples, cored, peeled |
Chopped | ||
1 | c | Dried peaches |
1 | c | Dried apricots |
1/2 | c | Golden raisins |
4 | Cloves garlic -- minced | |
2 | c | Wine vinegar |
2 1/2 | c | Sugar |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Red chili pepper -- ground |
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil. =20 Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. =20
Place in food processer and lightly process so that there are=20 chunks about 1/2 inch in size.
Place in glass container and let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 day= s.
