2	c	Cooked, shredded chicken
1	c	Mayo
1	c	Parmesean cheese
4		Cloves garlic, minced
8		(or more)chipotles en adobo,
		Minced
14	oz	Can artichokes, minced

Mix and pour into pie plate. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Serve with STURDY tortilla chips. Stand back and accept applause.
