Title: Chipotle Penne Pasta with Swiss Chard

Reconstitute dried chipotles and sun dried tomatoes in warm water and puree in a blender or food processor. Cook the Penne ( little pasta tubes) al dente. Pull the tender green parts off the Swiss Chard leaves (don't use the big stems in this dish), shred them and then throw them in to cook with the pasta. Mix sour cream with the chipotles and tomatoes, add salt, pepper and minced garlic. Drain the pasta and chard, mix everything together and serve.
