1	c	Mustard powder
3	oz	Cool water
3	oz	Vinegar
1	tb	Honey
1/2	ts	Salt

Combine all ingredients in non-reactive container. Place in jars and let stand 4-8 weeks, depending on how strong you want the mustard.
