4 | oz | Tomato juice |
1/4 | Fresh lemon; juice of | |
1 | tb | Worcestershire sauce |
Salt and pepper; to taste |
The dandelion liquor saved from Ciccoria Fagioli is probably the healthiest part of the dish. Mix the ingredients and serve chilled.
Yield: 1 quart.
