Title: Dandelion Omelet

Yield: 1 Servings

2 Eggs
1/4cDandelions, cooked gently
2tbGrated Romano cheese
  Salt to taste
  Pepper to taste
  Chopped canned green chile peppers, if desired

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and add to hot oil in a frying pan. Cook until firm. Turn once before serving. Makes 1 large serving.
