Title: Dandelion Omelet

2 | Eggs | |
1/4 | c | Dandelions, cooked gently |
2 | tb | Grated Romano cheese |
Salt to taste | ||
Pepper to taste | ||
Chopped canned green chile peppers, if desired |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and add to hot oil in a frying pan. Cook until firm. Turn once before serving. Makes 1 large serving.
