Title: Ma Ma Theresa's Impossible Dandelion Quiche

Yield: 4 Servings
1 1/2 | c | Dandelions, cooked gently |
1 1/2 | c | Milk |
1/2 | c | Romano cheese |
1/2 | c | Feta or fontinella cheese |
1/2 | c | Canned green chile peppers |
3/4 | c | Bisquick |
3 | Eggs | |
Salt to taste | ||
Black pepper to taste |
Mix all the ingredients and pour into a 9-by-13-inch pan. Bake in preheated 400-degree F oven for 30 minutes until golden. The mixture will form a crust. (Serve as a side dish or cut in squares and serve as an appetizer.)
