Yield: 4 8-oz jars
| | Ingredients for apple jelly |
2 | ts | Cinnamon |
1/2 | ts | Cloves |
1/8 | ts | Allspice |
| | Red Food coloring |
: Make the apple jelly according to directs, adding the spices when
adding the sugar. Use enough food coloring to make the jelly deep red.
: Pour the jelly into prepared decorative jelly jars. Put on the lids
and screw bands and let stand without moving for 12 hours. Label with a
