Title: Fresh Blueberry Jam

Yield: 1 .5 cups
1 | pt | Blueberries |
1 | tb | Maple syrup |
2 | ts | Gelatin, unflavored |
1/4 | c | ;Water, cold |
Place the blueberries and syrup in a medium-size saucepan. Stir the gelatin into the water until it dissolves. Add gelatin to the blueberries, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for six to eight minutes. Place in a sterilized jar, cool, then refrigerate.
