Title: Four-Berry Spread

1 | c | Blackberries, fresh/frozen |
1 | c | Blueberries, fresh/frozen |
1 1/2 | c | Strawberries, fresh/frozen |
1 1/2 | c | Raspberries, fresh/frozen |
1 3/4 | oz | Pectin, powdered fruit 1 package |
7 | c | Sugar |
7 | x | Jars, half-pint size |
Crush berries in a large kettle. Stir in pectin; bring to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constanlty. Stir in sugar; return to a full rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat; skim off any foam. Pour hot into hot jars leaving 1/4" headspace. Adjust caps. Process for 10 minutes in a boiling-water bath.
