Yield: 6 Cups

4	c	Cranapple juice
1	pk	Powdered fruit pectin
4	c	Sugar

Combine juice and pectin in 3 quart glass bowl. Cook covered on High 11-13 minutes or until mixture boils. Stir once during cooking. Stir in sugar. Cook, uncovered, on High 10-12 minutes or until mixture boils hard for at least 1 minute. Skim off any foam with metal spoon. Pour into hot sterilized blasses or jars and seal.
