Yield: 1 Batch

1	lb	Sultanas
1	lb	Grapes
4		Eggs, beaten
1/4	lb	Butter
4	tb	Sugar
1	sm	Lemon; grated rind and juice

Put sultanas and grapes through a mincer, then mix beaten eggs, butter, sugar amd lemon juice/rind. Heat over a low heat, stirring constantly until it boils. Remove and place in small jars. Delicious on bread or between biscuits, or as a cake filling.
