3 | c | Crushed gooseberries |
3 | c | Crushed red currants |
2 1/2 | c | Crushed raspberries |
7 | c | Sugar |

fruits, bring to boil and cook 15 minutes. Add sugar and stir to dissolve.
Bring mixture to boil. Boil, uncovered to jam stage (104C), about 15
minutes. When jam stage is reached, remove from heat. Stir and skim 5
minutes. Pour into hot sterilized jars, seal, process in boiling water
bath - 10 minutes. Makes about 10 - 8oz jars. Source: Canadian Living
