8 | c | Pitted plums cut in pieces |
1 | Lemon with rind chopped | |
6 | c | Sugar |
1 | c | Seedless raisins |
1 | c | Chopped walnuts |
1 | ts | Cinnamon |
1 | Pinch of salt |
Mix plums, lemon and salt. Boil until soft. Add sugar, raisins and cinnamon and boil until almost jelled. Add nuts and cook five min. longer, Bottle and seal while hot.
