3 3/4 | c | Apple Juice |
5 | c | Sugar |
1 | Box Sure-Jell | |
1 | c | Rose Geranium Leaves |
2 | tb | Cider Vinegar |
1 | tb | Lemon Juice |
Pour 1 cup boiling apple juice over 1 cup geranium leaves. Let stand for 30 minutes. Strain; add vinegar, lemon juice, and the rest of the apple juice to make 4 cups. Add Sure-Jell. Stir and heat to boil. Add sugar, stirring to a rolling boil for 1 minute. Remove, skim, and pack in jars.
