1 | tb | Dijon-style mustard |
2 | tb | Honey |
3 | tb | Lemon juice |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Freshly ground pepper |
3/4 | c | Safflower oil (or other vegetable oil) |
IN A BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER the mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Gradually whisk in the oil to form a creamy dressing.
