Title: Fresh Vegetables W/ Horseradish-Mustard Dip

Yield: 4 Servings

8ozPlain nonfat yogurt
3tbChopped fresh chives
1tbPrepared white horseradish
1tbDijon mustard
1tbChopped fresh dill
  Assorted vegetables for
  Dipping

Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. (Can be prepared 2 days ahead.) Place dip in center of platter. Surround with vegetables and serve. Source: Bon Appetit magazine, 6/94. MM by Lyn.
