1cSkim milk
1tbDijon mustard
  Freshly ground black pepper
  To taste

Melt margaring in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and stir to make a roux. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly, until sauce is thick and smooth. Stir in mustard and pepper. Serve warm.
