Title: Creamy Mustard Sauce

1/2 | c | Nonfat yogurt |
1/2 | c | Nonfat sour cream |
1 | tb | Grated Parmesan cheese |
1 | tb | (to 2 tbs) red wine vinegar |
1 | tb | Spicy brown mustard |
1 | ts | Soy sauce |
3/4 | ts | Dried marjoram |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
1 | Garlic clove(s), minced |
Combine all the ingredients and stir well. Cover and chill if desired. Serve with beef, pork, lamb, or poultry.
