Yield: 1 1/2 cups

1/2cNonfat yogurt
1/2cNonfat sour cream
1tbGrated Parmesan cheese
1tb(to 2 tbs) red wine vinegar
1tbSpicy brown mustard
1tsSoy sauce
3/4tsDried marjoram
1/8tsPepper
1 Garlic clove(s), minced

Combine all the ingredients and stir well. Cover and chill if desired. Serve with beef, pork, lamb, or poultry.
