Title: Honey-Mustard Garlic Dressing

Yield: 1 Cup
2 | | Heads roasted garlic |
2 | tb | Dijon mustard |
1 1/2 | | -2 tbsp mild honey |
3 | tb | Cider vinegar |
1/4 | c | Apple juice, unsweetened |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
| | Black pepper to taste |
Squeeze the garlic puree from the skins into a blender. Add remaining
ingredients and puree until smooth and creamy. Taste for seasoning.
Covered tightly and refrigerated this dressing should keep 4 days. From:
