Title: Honey-Mustard Garlic Dressing

Yield: 1 Cup

2 Heads roasted garlic
2tbDijon mustard
1 1/2 -2 tbsp mild honey
3tbCider vinegar
1/4cApple juice, unsweetened
1/4tsSalt
  Black pepper to taste
