1/2cDry mustard
1/4cMustard seeds
1/2cCider vinegar
1/3cWhite wine vinegar
3tbHoney
2tbPrepared horseradish; drained
1tsRed pepper flakes

Combine ingredients in a blender and whirl until mixture is smooth.

Keeps several months in the refrigerator.
