Title: Morgan Orlander's Hog Pen Mustard Pre-Rub Sauce

1 | tb | Seasoned salt |
1 | tb | Black pepper |
2 | ts | Granulated garlic |
1/2 | ts | Onion powder |
1/4 | c | Fresh lemon juice |
1 | tb | Brandy |
1 | c | Dijon mustard |
Add all of the dry ingredients to a glass or stainless steel bowl. Add the lemon juice and brandy, and blend until the spices are incorporated. Blend in the mustard. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
