2 | tb | Dry white wine 1/2 c mixed |
Minced herbs | ||
1/2 | Garlic clove; minced | |
1 | pn | Dried oregano |
Basil, mint, chives, | ||
Marjoram, rosemary, parsley |
Mix all the ingredients together well and place in a sterilized jar with a tight fitting lid. Store in a cool dark place for up to three months.
