Title: Mid-South Carolina Mustard Sauce

Yield: 2 Cups
1 | c | Cider vinegar |
6 | tb | Dijon mustard |
2 | tb | Maple syrup |
4 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | ts | Hot red pepper sauce |
1 | c | Vegetable oil |
2 | ts | Salt |
Ground black pepper |
Mix all ingredients, including pepper to taste. This was the hands down winner of the Carolina bbq sauces.. Best on pulled pork.. Typed by Mike and Karen Stock 6/17/97
