Title: Addison Cafe's Seeded Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette

1 1/2 | tb | Seeded Dijon-style mustard |
2 | tb | Red tarragon wine vinegar |
1 | tb | Shallots; finely chopped |
1 | c | Salad oil |
Salt & pepper to taste |
Whisk mustard, wine vinegar and shallots in medium bowl. While continuously whisking, very slowly pour salad oil into mustard mixture. This should take about 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss with mixed greens.
Makes 8 servings.
