Title: Spicy Pickled Onions

Baby white onions | ||
1 | ts | Red pepper flakes per pint |
5 | c | Vinegar |
5 | c | Water |
1/2 | c | Pickling salt |
Scald the onions and plunge into cold water. Peel. Into each pint jar, add the red pepper flakes. Pack onions into jars. Pour boiling vinegar mixture over top and process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
