1 1/2 | c | White or cider vinegar |
1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | ts | Mustard seed |
1/2 | ts | Celery seed |
1/2 | ts | Tumeric |
1/2 | ga | (2 quarts) thinly sliced |
| | Cucumbers 1 lg onion sliced |
Bring the first six ingredients to a boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes
or longer. Place cucumbes and onion into a gallon jar and press down
tightly. Pour hot liquid on top, covering all the cucumbers. Cover. Does
not need to be vacuum sealed. Cool regrigerate and enjoy.
