1 | ga | Canned Beets -- undrained |
1 | c | Vinegar |
1/4 | c | Pickling Spices -- tied in |
Cheesecloth | ||
1 | c | Sugar |
Combine all ingredients and bring to a slow boil. Simmer 10 mins, then let cool with the pickling spice remaining in the liquid. When cool, remove spices and store beets in refrigerator until ready to serve.
