12 | oz | Jar of giardiniera (pickled |
Vegetables), drained well | ||
28 | oz | Peeled tomatoes |
S&p | ||
2 | tb | Balsamic vinegar |
In a large nonreactive skillet, heat the oil. Add the vegetables and reduce heat to minimum. Cover and let cook until the vegetables are mushy. Mush the vegetables around a bit and add the tomatoes. Cook a few minutes. Season to taste and add vinegar just before serving.
