Title: Pickled Snow Peas

Head of Dill, 1/pint or 1 | ||

Snow Peas, 140g or 5 oz. / | ||
Pint | ||
Brine | ||
Water 4 cups | ||
White vinegar 2 cups | ||
Coarse pickling salt 5 Tbsp |
Place garlic and in each hot sterilized pint jar. Pack with snow peas to 1 inch of top.
Brine: Combine water, vinegar and salt in pan and bring to boil until salt dissolves. Fill jars with boiling brine to within 1/4 inch of top and seal with
sterilized lids according to manufactures instructions. Let stand 4 weeks before serving.
