Title: Elvis' Fried Dill Pickles

8 Dill pickles
1/2cFlour
1 1/4tbBlack pepper
1/4cBeer
1/2tsSalt
1 1/4tbPaprika
2tsGarlic salt
1 1/4tbCayenne pepper
3dsHot pepper sauce

Cut dill pickles in slices as thick as a silver dollar. Mix together the remaining ingredients to form a batter. Dip the pickle slices in the batter and quickly fry in grease at 375 until pickles float to the top, in about 4 minutes. Makes 8 servings. E
