Title: Elvis's Fried Dill Pickles

8 | Dill pickles | |
1/2 | c | Flour |
1 1/4 | tb | Black pepper |
1/4 | c | Beer |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 1/4 | tb | Paprika |
2 | ts | Garlic salt |
1 1/4 | tb | Cayenne pepper |
3 | ds | Hot pepper sauce |

Cut dill pickles in slices as thick as a silver dollar. Mix together the remaining ingredients to form a batter. Dip the pickle slices in the batter and quickly fry in grease at 375 until pickles float to the top, in about 4 minutes.
