Title: Olive Green Salad

Yield: 8 Servings
2 | pk | Lime Jello |
2 | c | Hot water |
2 | c | Gingerale |
1 | md | Apple, diced |
1/2 | c | Diced celery |
1/2 | c | Chopped green pepper |
1/2 | c | Sliced green olives |
1 | c | Tiny English peas |
1/2 | c | Pecans, broken |
Dissolve jello in hot water; cool. Add gingerale, refrigerate until partially set. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into mold; chill until set.
For a more attractive salad, place olives in bottom of mold before pouring in jello mixture.
