Title: Pickled Green Cherry Tomatoes

2 | lb | Green cherry tomatoes |
3 | Cloves garlic | |
1 | tb | Dill seeds |
1 1/2 | c | Water |
3/4 | c | White vinegar |
2 | tb | Salt |
1. Wash tomatoes and pack into 3 hot sterilized jars (500ml).
2. Place 1 clove garlic and 1 tsp dill seed in each jar.
3. In a large pot combine water, vinegar and salt; bring to a boil.
4. Boil for 1 minute and then ladle over tomatoes in har, leaving 1/8 inch headspace.
5. Seal immediately, label and store in a cool, dry, dark place.
