24 | | Eggs hardboiled |
2 | qt | Beet juice from canned beets |
1 | | Sm. onion sliced thin |
1 | qt | Sweet pickle juice from sweet pickles |
1 | tb | Pickling spices |
1 | c | Cider vinegar |
Mix all ingredients except eggs in a large-mouth 1 gallon jar. Add hard
boiled eggs with the shells on, cover and allow to sit for 1 week or more,
