Title: Meat Flavouring Vinegar

1/2 | lg | Grated onion |
2 | Red peppers, chopped fine | |
1 | tb | Brown sugar |
1/2 | tb | Celery seed |
1/2 | tb | Dry mustard |
1/2 | ts | Turmeric |
1/2 | ts | Pepper |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
Stir all ingredient into a pint of vinegar. Leave for 3 weeks. 2 tablespoons of this will flavour and colour a stew or gravy.
