1/3 | c | Honey |

Rinse cranberries and pat dry. In a medium-size stainless steel or enamel saucepan, combine cranberries with vinegar, honey, and cinnamon and bring to a boil. Simmer until cranberries burst, 5 to 10 minutes. Strain, pour into hot, scalded half pint bottles, and seal. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 year. Yield: 1 1/2 half-pints.
