Title: Vinegar Basting Sauce

2 | c | Red wine vinegar |
2 | c | Water |
1/3 | c | Firmly packed brown sugar |
1/4 | c | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | tb | Dry spice rub (see recipe |

1/2 | ts | Hot sauce |
Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl, stirring well. Cover and let mixture stand at room temperature 8 hours.
